We are happy to announce that the European Microfinance Programme (EMP) has now launched its recruitment campaign for the academic year 2014-2015. The first application deadline is Wednesday, 12 February 2014. Information regarding admission requirements and application procedures is summarized herebelow.

 

Important information regarding the admission procedure to the EMP:

 - Application deadline: The first application deadline is Wednesday, 12 February 2014.

- Admission requirements: The selection of the candidates to the European Microfinance Programme is based on academic records and professional experience. Candidates must possess an Master’s Degree (equivalent to 300 ECTS) in the disciplines ofdevelopment cooperation, economics, agronomy, management or finance.

- English Language proficiency: As the EMP is taught in English, candidates must prove their spoken and written command of English. For non-native English speaker or have not completed your studies in an Anglophone country, please find all the information regarding the qualifications accepted as evidence of English proficiency on our website.

- CUD scholarships: Each year, 12 full scholarships are awarded to EMP candidates coming from selected developing countries. Before applying to the CUD scholarship, please check on the CUD website (http://www.cud.be/content/view/339/208/lang,/) if you are eligible. Take note that the documents to apply for a CUD scholarship have to be received at the CUD by Wednesday, 12 February 2014. Be also aware that the original CUD application has to be sent directly to the CUD by postal mail and that the copy of this application has to be sent to the EMP together with the EMP application.
